30-Day Technical Guarantee

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition. This means the components must be unused, not soldered, and in their original anti-static or protective packaging.
  • Verification: A valid order number or receipt is required for all service requests.

Non-Returnable & Specialized Items

For the safety of our community and the integrity of technical projects, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Consumables: Solder, thermal paste, and single-use adhesives.
  • Modified Components: Any parts that have been soldered, programmed (firmware modified), or physically altered.
  • Custom Orders: Specialized robotics kits or custom-configured modules.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Technical Support First: Email us at support@logicboundless.com. For technical issues, please include photos of your circuit setup or error logs—our engineers may be able to help you troubleshoot without a return.
  2. Request Details: Provide your order number, the specific component name, and a brief description of the issue.

The Return Process

  • Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  • Safe Packaging: Electronic components are sensitive. Please use anti-static bags and padded envelopes/boxes to prevent ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) or physical damage during transit.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. LogicBoundless is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds: Upon successful inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product cost and applicable taxes.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns due to verified quality defects, LogicBoundless will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
