LogicBoundless reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment.

  • Pricing: Prices charged will be those in effect at the time the order is placed and set out in your order confirmation email.

  • Tax & Duty Guarantee (Prepaid DDP): To provide the smoothest cross-border shopping experience, we have established a deep partnership with global logistics carriers. LogicBoundless will cover the applicable import duties and taxes, which are prepaid directly to our logistics partners along with the shipping fees.

  • Bulk Orders & VAT: If you are a wholesale partner or require a formal VAT invoice for business purposes, please contact us at support@logicboundless.com for specialized arrangements.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Hassle-Free Delivery: Since we cover the duties and taxes (as stated in Section 4), you will not be asked for any additional tax payments or duty fees by the courier upon delivery. Your innovation should not be interrupted by unexpected costs or customs paperwork.

  • Estimates: All delivery times are estimates. LogicBoundless is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
