Key Features

  • 2 independent SPST normally open relays
  • Contacts rated up to 250 VAC or 28 VDC reference
  • 8 A rated-current reference per relay
  • 2 blue channel-status LEDs
  • Separate terminal connections for both loads

The M5Stack 2Relay Unit lets a controller switch two independent normally open circuits for pumps, valves, lamps, signal lines, and power-sequencing prototypes. Each SPST mechanical relay has a blue status LED and separate terminal wiring. The module is useful when two low-frequency loads need isolated contact switching, but the final design must still account for inrush current, fusing, conductor size, enclosure safety, switching life, and independent feedback.

Switch Two Loads with the M5Stack 2Relay Unit

Control Two Independent Normally Open Channels

Each SPST relay closes its own normally open contact when commanded by the corresponding digital output.

Check Channel State with Blue Indicators

Two blue LEDs show the electrical command state, helping with setup and troubleshooting.

Design Load Wiring for the Real Application

Evaluate voltage, steady current, inrush, switching frequency, protection, and terminal wiring before connecting the load.

What You Can Build with M5Stack 2Relay Unit

  • Pump and valve control
  • Appliance switching prototypes
  • Two-channel power sequencing
  • Industrial signal switching
  • Test-fixture load control

Integration and Workflow

  1. Confirm that both selected host pins support digital output mode.
  2. Complete all load-side wiring with power removed and use suitable fusing, conductors, terminals, and enclosure protection.
  3. Initialize both relay commands to off, then test one channel at a time with a low-risk load.
  4. Apply maximum on-time limits and use independent sensors when the physical result must be confirmed.

Deployment Notes

  • The contacts are SPST normally open and do not provide mechanical position feedback.
  • The 8 A reference depends on load type, inrush current, wiring, temperature, and switching life.
  • Mechanical relays have finite contact life and produce switching transients.
  • The module is not a certified safety relay, emergency stop, or protective disconnect.

How can I confirm product compatibility?

Check the product specifications, operating voltage, communication interface, dimensions, connector type, and software requirements before ordering. Compatibility may also depend on your controller, operating system, development framework, library version, and project wiring.

If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing and include your controller model, intended application, power source, and any other hardware you plan to use. We will help you identify the most suitable option, but we cannot guarantee that every product will work with every platform or project.

Does the product come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage may vary by product and manufacturer. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, product model, and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Our team will review the information and provide the appropriate next step according to the applicable product and after-sales policy. Damage caused by incorrect wiring, unsuitable voltage, unauthorized modification, soldering, misuse, or operation outside the documented specifications may not be covered.

How long does shipping take?

LogicBoundless provides worldwide shipping, with primary service coverage across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Orders are generally fulfilled from Shenzhen, China, and tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Processing and delivery times depend on product availability, destination, customs clearance, and the selected shipping service. Please review the Shipping Information page for the latest estimated delivery times and shipping conditions.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unsoldered, unmodified, and kept in their original condition with all packaging, cables, accessories, manuals, and included components.

Please contact support@logicboundless.com before sending anything back. Returns made without prior approval may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by a verified product defect or fulfillment error.

Can you help if I have a technical problem?

Yes. LogicBoundless provides practical technical guidance for product setup, wiring, power, communication, code, and configuration issues.

To help us understand the problem efficiently, please provide your controller model, wiring photos, power source, code, library or firmware versions, expected behavior, and complete error messages. We cannot promise that every component will work in every system, but we will help you identify the likely cause and the next practical troubleshooting step.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist before the order enters processing or is handed to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change the products, delivery address, or shipping method. In that case, the standard return process may apply after delivery.

Don’t Just Take Our Word for It
