Key Features

  • 77 CNC-drilled prototype holes
  • 2.54 mm / 0.1 inch component pitch
  • HY2.0-4P Grove connection
  • 2 LEGO-compatible mounting holes
  • M5Stack Unit enclosure format

The M5Stack Mini Proto Unit provides a compact 77-hole soldering area for custom sensor adapters, signal-conditioning circuits, connector conversions, and one-off embedded interfaces. Its 2.54 mm pitch accepts many common through-hole components, while the Grove connection brings host signals and power into the board. Because the holes are not automatically connected into rows or rails, every power, ground, and signal path must be deliberately planned, soldered, inspected, and tested.

Build Custom Circuits with the M5Stack Mini Proto Unit

Use 77 Holes on a 2.54 mm Grid

The board provides 77 CNC-drilled holes at standard 2.54 mm spacing for headers and through-hole components.

Bring Grove Signals into a Soldered Prototype

The HY2.0-4P connection exposes the selected host port conductors for application-specific wiring.

Create Every Electrical Connection Deliberately

The holes do not form automatic rows or power rails, so use component leads, insulated wire, or soldered jumpers.

What You Can Build with M5Stack Mini Proto Unit

  • Custom Grove sensor adapters
  • Signal conditioning and level shifting
  • Connector and pinout conversion
  • Compact through-hole prototypes
  • Teaching and circuit experiments

Integration and Workflow

  1. Draw the component placement, Grove pin assignment, power path, and ground path before soldering.
  2. Check component lead spacing and reserve clearance for the enclosure and cable exit.
  3. Create each required connection, then inspect continuity and shorts with the host disconnected.
  4. Use a current-limited source for first power-up and verify voltage and polarity before connecting the M5Stack controller.

Deployment Notes

  • This is a solderable prototype PCB, not a solderless breadboard.
  • Holes are not automatically connected into rows or dedicated power rails.
  • Current capacity depends on wire size, solder joints, copper paths, temperature rise, and component ratings.
  • Verify the exact pin mapping and voltage of the selected M5Stack host port.

How can I confirm product compatibility?

Check the product specifications, operating voltage, communication interface, dimensions, connector type, and software requirements before ordering. Compatibility may also depend on your controller, operating system, development framework, library version, and project wiring.

If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing and include your controller model, intended application, power source, and any other hardware you plan to use. We will help you identify the most suitable option, but we cannot guarantee that every product will work with every platform or project.

Does the product come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage may vary by product and manufacturer. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, product model, and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Our team will review the information and provide the appropriate next step according to the applicable product and after-sales policy. Damage caused by incorrect wiring, unsuitable voltage, unauthorized modification, soldering, misuse, or operation outside the documented specifications may not be covered.

How long does shipping take?

LogicBoundless provides worldwide shipping, with primary service coverage across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Orders are generally fulfilled from Shenzhen, China, and tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Processing and delivery times depend on product availability, destination, customs clearance, and the selected shipping service. Please review the Shipping Information page for the latest estimated delivery times and shipping conditions.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unsoldered, unmodified, and kept in their original condition with all packaging, cables, accessories, manuals, and included components.

Please contact support@logicboundless.com before sending anything back. Returns made without prior approval may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by a verified product defect or fulfillment error.

Can you help if I have a technical problem?

Yes. LogicBoundless provides practical technical guidance for product setup, wiring, power, communication, code, and configuration issues.

To help us understand the problem efficiently, please provide your controller model, wiring photos, power source, code, library or firmware versions, expected behavior, and complete error messages. We cannot promise that every component will work in every system, but we will help you identify the likely cause and the next practical troubleshooting step.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist before the order enters processing or is handed to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change the products, delivery address, or shipping method. In that case, the standard return process may apply after delivery.
