The M5Stack OLED Unit adds a compact 1.3-inch monochrome display to sensor nodes, controllers, status panels, portable instruments, and menu interfaces. Its SH1107 driver provides a 128 × 64 pixel canvas through I2C address 0x3C, allowing firmware to render text, icons, graphs, counters, and alarm states without using a large host display. A magnetic rear surface supports quick placement on suitable metal panels. Stable integration requires correct display initialization, controlled refresh behavior, address-conflict checks, and protection against prolonged static high-contrast content.
